I麓m visiting Miami with my children ages 6 and 2...any attractions you would reccomend for their age group? |
Travel Info will be visiting Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood...next week Travel Tips My first choice would be Parrot Jungle. My kids loved it. The Metro Zoo is also a great way to spend the day...it's huge and very inexpensive. There is also a nice Childrens Museum right across the way from Parrot Jungle. Others The 6 yr old will be happy with Parrot Jungle & Seaquarium, both in Miami & The Metro-Zoo, way South of Miami. In my experience a 2 yr. old. will be happiest playing on the beach. Hollywood Beach has a "broadwalk" along the beach which is great for kids because you can always find shade, soft drinks & entertainment just a few yards away. Always remember sunscreen & shade for babes on the beach (or anywhere else outdoors); carry extra water. So Fla. sun is brutal & you don't know you're burnt until it's too late. Miami seaquarium, Butterfly world, And always the Miami metro zoo... Have fun and dont forget the sun cream.... Metro Zoo, Miami Seaquarium, Parrot Jungle, Monkey Jungle, Museum of Science and Discovery Do they still have the Flea Market with the Circus in Lauderdale area? My son like that & I got to do some shopping. go to haulover beach its beautiful and me personally is the best beach in the area |
