Miami Beach, particularly the Art Deco district in South Beach at the southern end of the island, is celebrity central. Look for Sean Penn at Rok Bar, and Hulk Hogan at Mansion nightclub. Ben Affleck and Matt Damon eat at Gloria Estefan's restaurant Lario's, and celebs crowd into Nobu restaurant along with Nobu's owner Robert De Niro.

Mims was just there last night. Pitbull frequents (he's from Miami) and I believe just a few weeks ago they had Paul Oakenfold. (Not to mention that this was the place where they flimed Miami Vice)

This is really the main place where stars come. The other places are a bit lower-key simply because you're a rich nobody. Sometimes the other clubs have people, but this is your best bet.
