depends on the area, and whether you plan on renting from a condo owner or a complex with professional management. like the previous poster said, i'd say over $1,000 for most safe neighborhoods that are close to central business areas (downtown, kendall, etc.). the better deals tend to happen the closer you get to the broward county line, homestead, or west miami-dade (probably because of the commute time).
