The gang problems are horrible, English is a second language, if you can afford a home, the taxes and homeowners insurance will kill you. The summers are hotter than H*ll. Winters we put up with the snowbirds who think they own the state for the 3-4 months they're here. With the hurricane situation, they'll be no part of Florida where homeowner's insurance will be affordable so the people moving to cheaper locations in Florida won't be ahead of the game. Florida is 2nd only to California in the number of foreclosures on homes. We're moving. Others California. Riverview, it's an unincorporated township about 30min outside of Tampa.
