Hi, Where is the best cheapest (under 100 a night in December) and CLEANEST place to stay on South Beach in Miami. I know there have to be some hidden gems out there! Anything from Hotel chain, to boutique to mom and pop place is fine, just must be CLEAN no bugs! ;(!
