Is it true about smoking in miami south beach? |
Travel Info im from the uk and was planning a holiday to miami south beach is it true that you can NOT smoke in miami or is it a myth i heard you cant smoke in the street,the beach and most bars can anyone tell me if they have been or even live there just so i know. thanks Travel Tips Contrary to what you've already been told, it is not illegal to smoke in Miami Beach. Regarding the restaurants and bars, if an establishment predominently serves food, then there is no smoking allowed. If it predominently serves beverages, then smoking is allowed. If you can only travel by cab, go to Miami, Tampa, or Key West. Otherwise, go to Destin or Pensacola, both are in the Florida Panhandle.
