Born & raised in Orange County California. I want to move to Miami but I have no contacts over there.? |
Travel Info I am in the real estate industry and have been for about 7 years now. I have been to Miami once and I loved it. I want to move there ASAP. Preferably close to South Beach. Any suggestions as to where I could move too?? Thats is afforadable and close to where the majority of jobs are located??? I am used to driving about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to and from work now... Thanks alot. Travel Tips Miami is a beautiful place. I moved here 2 weeks ago and loving every moment of it. You can get a OK place in south beach for 1-2 K and sobe is the place to live. I found mine in craigslist.com in 2 weeks. The traffic not too good. But I have seen worse ( NY / Orlando ). From south beach you have easy access to all the major highways. Good luck , see you around ! Others If you don't speak Spanish fluently, you'd better learn to before you go. Miami has the same level of Spanish speakers than Orange county. You need to visit it again,not as a tourist, but as someone looking for residence and locations. You are OK for Miami,due to Your field of work. Miami don't have too many Jobs diversity. remember this,Bankers,economist,archite... and builders contractors,realtors.store owner....... are well in Miami. the other fields of works may have some problems, unless You go all the way down in the scale of trades.( then,, there is money ,again, but not in the middle of the scales) I forgot to say it.!!!!
