Dinking beer on the beach in Miami Beach? |
Travel Info I麓ll be in Miami Beach next week and my friends and I are planning to take a cooler fill with beer (canned) to the beach in front to Nikki Beach Club. I would like to know if It麓s permited to do this because we don麓t want to get in trouble with the authorities. I know its probably ilegal but I`m not from the States and I`m not familiar with laws. But if it is you'd better figure out a way to pour it into Sprite bottles because there will be cops about every 10 yards on that part of the beach. I don't know about Nikki Beach but in Miami Beach you can drink cans only. But to be safe i'd pour the beer into regular cups. Unless you're acting like a fool then you shouldn't draw too much attention. And if the life guard see's you're drinking they won't say anything unless they see you get in the water. Then they'll tell you something. |
