Ever seen Batman (a South Beach guy, not a movie)?

has anybody from/or who has been to South Beach seen a guy who dresses up like Batman and walks around the streets making weird hand gestures...he's like a street guy...feel bad for him but he's interesting. I am not like a stalker, just wondering if anyone knows anything about him.

Yeah, he's actually got a few outfits. He dresses in drag sometimes as well.

Never talked to him and don't know his story. Don't know if it's just for show to make money or if he's actually crazy.
