Travel Info Is Miami Ink really expensive now that they are on T.V. and is there a long waiting list? Travel Tips we'll they had some popularity before airing i live in miami and there has to be a *min of $250 for the tattoo basically a deposit and it depends what you are getting cause they refuse plenty of tattoo's (very picky) ...umm to get on tv you have to fill out a application and some more procedures . Others it's been about a year since i went in, but they basically told us we couldn't set an appointment, we just had to sit and wait until it was our turn. Now, of course, we didn't have our work picked out, nor know which artist we wanted, so the whole process was a little vague for us. They weren't filming at the time, it was a break between seasons I think. But basically, prepare for some extra time. Personally after watching them on TV, the idea of having someone that is stressed out perform a tattoo does not seem smart. They do mess up on the show... even though the images and the angles of the tattos are not the best they are not perfect. The talent is there but not worth the hassle. I've heard many complaints on forums regarding there business ethics. Good luck if you are going there. I would pass on it. |
