I am a 24 yr old woman going to Miami, Florida with my boyfriend & his family in July, what are the hot spots? |
Travel Info I will be there for the 4th of July weekend 2007! Travel Tips it depends what you like to do.... you have to go to Miami beach or south beach. there you will find pretty much every thing you can think of. from clubs to restaurants... also a bit pricey but it is the hot spots. if you want something a little more north try the Seminole hard rock, it's a casino but also with lots of restaurants and clubs. if you like shopping try the aventura mall or the falls, also you might check out dadeland mall or dolphin mall (outlet). Others The beaches, especially the reserve near the Cape Florida Lighthouse. South beach is nice and soo are the Everglades. I love going to walk the gardens of Viscaya on a day off!!! You can never go wrong with South Beach. Wave Runner's are hella fun and jet skiing too bad your not going in October, you culd take his folks to the Keys for Fantasy Fest. Nothing like "exposing" your in-laws to that. You and him would have a blast however. Drunk people just wandering around the street butt @ss naked, and painted up. Like Mardi Gras without clothes. South Beach is the place to be. If your coming July 4th and you are hoping to catch the fun of fireworks, Since you are coming with your family, the best enviroment would be to go to Bayside, In downtown. Also Baptist Hospital is a great place to be and ofcourse the Biltmore Hotel. You might want to take a trip to Las Olas in Ft.Lauderdale, the Beach is AWESOME there, the enviroment is great, its filled with good people, from all ages. I hope you have fun and I hoped I helped!
