Ok, I know about the city center... But I have heard that many companies are situated in the north part of the city. Is it true, is it the commercial (business) part of Milano actually situated there and not in the center? Thanks.

I think you are probably referring to the area called Cinisello Balsamo. This is a commercial/industrial are north of Milan where many big companies have their main offices, such as Sony, just to name one I know of. Another area like this is Sesto San Giovanni. There are many satellite towns on the outskirts of Milan that are typically commercial and industrial areas. |
