Bringing alcohol back into USA from Canada??

can you bring alcohol back into the United States after visiting canada if you are under 21? I wanted to bring my mom back some wine, but i didn't know if that was legal, or if customs would take it or something.

The onlly thing I would suggest is you find a duty free store and ask there. They should know wether you can or can't
