A decent, 3 (or 4) bedroom small suburban bungalow will range from $CDN 125,000 to $CDN 250,000. The best values are in the Ch芒teauguay-Mercier area on the south shore (prices being depressed there because of an intervening Indian reserve with only one direct road through it for straight-line access into the city). Others Go to mls.ca , click on the province of Quebec, then Montreal area, then whatever different suburb within the area and you can check prices. I beleive marie is underestimating the value of homes in Montr茅al! A very small condo with one bedroom goes for $175,000. A small house in Montr茅al starts at about $225,000. something decent. Of course they can go as high as 2 million! If you find a home for $125,000 it'll be sold in one day! Ch芒tauguay is very expensive suburb south of Montr茅al by the way! |
