Travel Tips Here's why you should live in Montreal: 1. Vous pouvez parler francais ou you can speak English or you can transition between the two. 2. Montreal has a modern feel but still cherishes its past. 3. Montreal has a great and vibrant nightlife. 4. Montreal has a wonderful public transportation system. 5. Montreal has several safe AND affordable cute neighborhoods. Montreal is just awesome! Hope you think so too! Others You wouldn't catch me living there... Living in Ontario and lovin' it! Qu'est-ce que tu fais sot?? To make your decision based on people's opinions. You need to make that for yourself....Bon chance! Montreal is a great city to live, (if you got cash, and/or a job). I'm not gonna sell you on the idea, its not mine to sell. But Montreal does offer a lot of unique culture you won't find anywhere else in Canada, or USA for that matter. It offers a "New York-ish state of mind" in a European surrounding/ or is is a European state of mind with an anti-American mentality?? Oh well, its one of those anyways. For you, I suggest Toronto.
