Travel Tips Up until December 31 2007 if you are a united states citizen....a us passport or a certified birth certificate AND picture id will suffice. If any minors under the age of 18 going without both parents... a notorized statement from the parent not going will be required. After this date.....all border crossings will REQUIRE a passport. Other Travel Tips you do need a passport now - and be sure your driving record is clean- or clear it up before you go- call canadian consultate to double check. an unresolved ticket can give customs reason to keep you from entering the country- i have seen this happen .... personal experience and observation |
