Which hotel is closer to Palais des congres de Montreal, in Montreal, QC - Delta Centre-Ville or Hyatt Regency

Going up in August for a convention and would like to stay in the closest hotel. Is there anything closer or just as nice & less expensive??

Between those 2, Hyatt Regency is closer.

There's a Holiday Inn hotel (www.holiday-inn.com) at more or less 10 meters of the Palais des Congres. Since I live in Mtl, I didn't go there. But I think that Holiday Inn's are quite reliable. (99 VIGER AVE & ST. URBAIN ST.) It's next to the ChinaTown.
