Travel Info Is smoking pot legal in Montreal? Is it easy to get once you're there? Travel Tips I think that pot is only legal in Canada for medical purposes. Others I don't think it is legal. It might be easy to get, how's your French? i don't think it's legal,but u can try 2 get it As far as I know it's leagel though out Canada. Still technically illeagal in all of Canada. However, its pretty easy to get and your not likely to get you *** tossed in jail for it. Usually confiscation and a fine. Happy hollidaying! No. its still is illegal to posses and use in Canada. Only those with specific medical conditions such as AIDS are allowed and they are available by prescription only. As for availability in Montreal, there will always be somebody that will try to sell you in the park or in a club but it will be at your own risk. RCMP |
