I stayed at the Marriott - it was nice.
Definitely the Hyatt
If you don't mind spending the money, the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. I stayed there last summer and it was great.
It depends on what you're looking for but if you're looking for a GREAT aparthotel (where you can cook, btu have a great room service as well), check out the Clarion (on Boulevard de Maisonneuve). It's parallel to rue Saint-Catherine (the busiest street, but in a calm block at the same time, close to the sub and not too expensive). There are regular hotel rooms as well. It's worth a try.
