Travel Tips Yeah, the most popular is held in Quebec City, in february when is terribly cold and their main attraction is Le Bonhomme Carnaval.. I found this pictures of him...www.yapper.ca/gallery/Ca... Usually they have 2 parades. Others THE winter carnival is held in Quebec City in February.
