Culinary courses....?

Travel Info
I'd like to know if there are any places where culinary courses (desserts, pastries and meals) are given in the area of Montr茅al, Laval and the Laurentides.

What's the college's name on Ste Catherine across from the radio station???? Is it Laval College. Anyway, they have a cooking school and you could probably take a course or two there.
The Institude du Hoteliere on St Denis , it is right at the St Denis Station, they do one one one courses, and it is the premier school for Culinary employment.

Just go out to St Denis Av and it is right there across from the park.
I believe some CEGEPS offer degree programs in culinary arts.
My sister did a pastry cooking class in Lasalle, at Riverside school I think. I think it was part of the Adult Education program with the school board. They also have cooking.
The Suze.
