Travel Tips
Um I'm thinking the amusement park is closed when there's 2 feet of snow on the ground. (Yes, Six Flags bought La Ronde several years ago.)

Hockey game!
Skate at the Old Port, or on Beaver Lake on Mont-Royal but it can get packed. Sled down Mont-Royal.
Or if you prefer indoors stuff in winter, check out the archeological museum or Chateau Ramezay, both in tourist-centric Old Montreal (so's the science center). And take the metro. Some very cool yet cozy warm stations.

Others
6 Flags theme park, The Science Museum, the Olympic Stadium, Biodome..
6 flags? There is no six flags here. La Ronde is here, and it is closed for the winter.
There is a winter festival that is really nice though. It's right near La Ronde. I just forget the park. I think it's called Jacques Drapeau Park. They have a big winter festival in like January or February where they have all sorts of winter activities.
There are fires going and sugar mapling.
Husky dog sled riding. So many winter slides to go tobaganing (sp?) down. Lots of baby pups too.
It was very nice but REALLY COLD. So dress VERY WARM !!
Slide down Mount Royal
We DO have a Six Flags. Six Flags bought LaRonde A few years back, but kept the same name. You will notice the Six flags blowing in the wind next time you visit. They made it bigger and better with more rides, while keeping the classics like Le Monstre. And it has been much CLEANER since they bought it. Let's not forget what they did for our theme park huh?

You should drive up to Mont-Tremblant (about and hour and a half drive) to do some sightseeing, skiing and snowboarding. The best restaurant on the mountain is Fat Mardi's) Oh, and you should check out the Canadiens play (I'm a Sens Fan, but, you can't miss a hockey game if you're coming to Canada.)
