How easy is it to get from Saint Catherine Street, Montreal to Crescent Street? |
Travel Info My friends and I are going to be staying at the Days Inn hotel on Guy Street in Montreal. Which is supposedly within walking distance of Saint Catherine Street. I'd like to also see Crescent street if it is not to far of a hike. Travel Tips Your hotel is on the corner of Guy and Rene-Levesque Street, Ste-Catherine is one block north of your hotel and Crescent is 3 blocks east of your hotel... I think you couldn't be staying closer than that, it's less than 5 minutes, you are staying right downtown...excellent location! Others From Guy walk to St. Catherine is the main street and then walk east to Crescent. Cresent crosses St. Catherine you'll find it real easy. It is not far of a hike, approximately 5 to 10 mins. Staying here in Montreal! a very easy walk, about 5 minutes. And lucky you, so far we are having a very mild winter. No snow!!!!! Depending of course, when you are coming :) I live here. It's very easy to get to Crescent Street from your hotel. Depending on your activities on Crescent Street, it may be much harder to get back. Have fun! Oh, and when the people above say "head east", don't be looking at the sun or a compass. Montreal directions are somewhat off-kilter. Turn right on Ste-Catherine. walking distance or a 4 dollar cab ride. |
