I got mine at Superock, they are great there (Ste-Catherine east). there's also Adrenaline tattoo.

Adrenaline is a good place...it is on guy street and sherbrook.
It is clean and the staff know what they are doing. I have a couple of friends had their tattoos done there.
(I have no tattoo but I have had my piercing done there)
Check out on St Catherine close to Berri/UQAM station, there are some places over there
