Am planning on going to Montreal for a couple of days what would you recommend? |
Travel Info that I see and do whilst am there? Am probably only going to be there for max 2 days. Have never been before although have been to other cities in Canada Travel Tips well...i lived there a while and there are many places you could go to. there is "La ronde" which is an amusement park for every age. there is "La place alexis Nihon" which is a mall that has almost everything. in downtown, in St catherine street near to the McGill university, there are about 4 interconnected underground malls, where you can find the best clothes ever! you can go to the metro station of place d'armes and walking a few blocks away, you can fin the "Notre Dame 脠glise" it's the exact replic, as it is in Paris, France. there are many many places you can go, also to the "vieux port" or the old port of montreal... i hope it helps and, have fun! Others Avoid Montreal if you can, too much crime at this moment. The Canadian government also increase the number of his police force to combat crime violence.There is other city in quebec that have less violence.Quebec city, sherbrook or trois-riviere. i THINK YOU SHOULD AVOID IT!Way too much crie at this current moment! |
