Can anyone give me some information or source of information about public transportatin in Montreal, Canada?

Mainly public transportation for following trips:
between Montreal and Quebec;
between Montreal and Ottawa;
from Montreal to Toronto

just click it in on your search bar www.stm.ifo for the montreal public transportation. it stands for societe de transport de montreal, it offers all of our bus time tables, metro maps, trains, ect.

For QUebec and Ottawa you may take a train from the Gare which is in Bonaventure metro station

For Toronto I believe is better fly there otherwise it takes 6 hours
For all three there is bus, Via Rail train and airplane.
For all three of the trips you've noted, the Greyhound bus is the cheapest option, while the Via Rail train is the most comfortable.

Busses have at least 8 departures per day (once an hour for Ottawa). Trains have several departures daily as well. The bus leaves from the terminal at Berri-UQAM metro, while the trains depart from the Gare Centrale at Bonaventure metro station.

There are various tour companies which offers 1-3 days of tour. You can consider that.
