What's the best time to visit and best place to visit in Morocco?

Generally, I'd say that the best times are in the spring and the fall - late March-early May and mid-September to early November, let's say.

As far as places, it really depends and everyone has biases, but my personal favorites are Marrakech, Essaouira, Asilah, Meknes, Rabat, and Fez, probably in that order.
