Travel Tips
Asalam alaikum, you will need ALOT of papers. Any divorcee decrees must be certified....birth certificate, proof of income....you have to be 'approved' by the local judge to be married, you have to have permission of her wali...you fill out alot of stuff and they send it off.....THEN If your approved u can get married. Ask the lady there u want to marry to look into it for you, much easier for her to do as she speaks Arabiv/French. It certainly can be done, but its not simple or fast.

Hi there

you can have a look at the embassy site it should help you in finding out what you need to know

i have put a link to the embassy below so you can go take a look it should give you all the information you need about visa's etc

If you want to get married within 45 days of arriving in Morocco, you'd best get some papers done ahead of time. There are two papers you will need from Pakistan - your police record from there, and a paper proving that you're Muslim (you could get that from KSA I'm sure). Once you arrive in Morocco, you'll need to go to Rabat and get your Moroccan police record from the ministry of foreign affairs. You also need to get a paper from your embassy or consulate (or your country perhaps - check first) showing that you've never been married and are eligible for marriage. If you've been divorced, you'll need your divorce papers.

I suggest having your fiancee ask at her local tribunal what her city requires of you, with the knowledge of which country you're from (it could be different).

*I did not need proof of employment, but like Fez points out, each experience and city seems to be different.
Passport and visa required.

Minors:
visa not required if:
- being under 17 years of age; and
- having Moroccan parent(s); and
- registered in parent(s)'s passport.

Visitor must hold sufficient funds.
Entry may be refused if of "hippy" appearance.

Minors:
- Children up to/incl. 16 years travelling together with
parent(s), who are registered in parent(s)'passport, do not
need separate passport. Photo in parent(s)'passport is only
required for children over 3 years old.
If travelling unaccompanied, separate passport is required.
- children over 16 years always need separate passport.

Passenger will be deported if not complying with entry
regulations.

You need to get a visa first

To marry her it not a problem , once her parent agree! You need to be muslim to marry if she is ! you can extend your tourist visa to 90 days then you can ask for a "Carte sejour" it like a ID card for forgeinners ! but you need to show a good income

I hope that help you and good luck
i agree with nomadic--you will also need proof of employment which i think is a little weird (especially because they ask it for women too--or at least they did when i was there)...but....anyway ask your fiancee--there are all kinds of little things you need to do and paperwork can be a hassle there.
