my fiance is waiting for visa were waiting for final answer now but they have taken over a month to let us know the answer they have everything that they need

Who are you waiting on an answer from? The Consulate in Morocco, or the USCIS where you filed your petition in the States?

If he had is interview in Casa and was issued a 221(g), you need to see what the 221(g) was issued for. Usually it is for Administrative Review/Processing. This has been taking 6 or more works as of late.
