Probably best to book a Mumbai hotel from the UK. Once you get to Goa you can more or less take your pick on spec. Last Easter we went to Colva in Goa. We simply asked the cabbie to take us to a reasonable hotel, which he did. It cost us Rs1000 a night - about 拢12 then, but they had much cheaper rooms. After staying there for a couple of weeks we found a large apartment for Rs 300 a night - about 拢4. As far as flights are concerned, try eBookers. Jet Airways are good, and they also fly Mumbai - Dabolim. If you want to risk booking your own flights from Mumbai to Dabolim, Air Deccan are about the cheapest. Have a good time. |
