Mumbai to Pune travel?

I will be reaching Mumbai International Airport and will stay at a friends place till daybreak. From there I would like to rent a vehicle to go to Pune City. As I m reaching international airport i will have 3 bags. and my friend would like to accompany me to Pune.

Please suggest the best way to travel (with luggage).

you can get volvo ac bus from dadar. i think this is the best way for you to reach pune from mumbai.
Bus would be safer and better for number of luggages you have. Bus is also safer than cab.
goto dadar n get a luxury bus..they take luggages too.
The best way to travel from mumbai to pune is by Bus. The bus starts from dadar or from Borivli. They charge u about Rs. 200 plus. u can also take the luggage and keep it in the bottom deck. U can travel carefree and happy. The bus is fast and uses the express highway. U may reach pune in 2 hours. There is a bus every 15 to 30 minutes interval, and the bus is there even at night, however late.
people usually find bus more comfortable and convinient.
