I want to know the rents for 1BHK at malad(e/w), mumbai and other clauses?

hi, i am a young professional gong to work at mindspace, malad from this june. i would like to know the rents of 1bhk at malad with furnshing or without it. i would also like to know the various clauses lke security deposit etc. Will there be any problem if like to live in with my girlfriend?

1BHK at malad should cost u Rs. 6000 pm, plus deposit of 60,000, If furnished u may have to pay Rs. 1000 more. Many societies may not allow your girlfriend, unless u declare her your wife, they don't check the marrige certificate. But u may have to live repectably, like married couples.
