Hi ,i have an underconstruction 1bhk flat in a posh locality in calangute goa.? |
Travel Info it is a secured locality with landscaped gardens and a swimming pool .it will b ready for possession in another 3 months ..does anybody has an idea if the resale value will b more now or should i wait for the flat to b ready n ill get a better proposal later ???thanxxx Travel Tips If you are expecting any I T park or big companies coming in your area in near future you can expect price high. No use of waiting to sell if your house is not in those types of locality. Decide it yourself. If your profession is not real estate don't enter into that field. What ever I sold in 10 years the value gone up to 5 times. What ever I purchased in 10 years the prices remain same. What to do. I got profit only by selling my lands and houses. But now the value of that area shoot up enormously. The area I sold was located in aristocratic locality. The area I purchased is in industrial town. Source(s): My past experience. Other Travel Tips hi Josephine i do not know any thing about real steat in Goa but what i would like to tell you just wait after you finish the construction may you get more price . I would be interested to think of buying a similar place near Calangute, Goa> Please send me the details and will let you with the best price. I think - if you don't need it - better chuck it. If it is under construction as you say - the builder himself would be interested in buying the property back from you. But, I am in doubt that if the flat is not ready yet - how do you own it? |
