Can you tell me about the winter Tollwood festival in Munich?

Is it outdoors, indoors or a combination? I am not sure how warmly I have to dress. I plan to take the S-Bahn to Hackerbrucke. Is it right there or do I have to walk? How will I know which way to walk? Any help would be great!

The shows are taken place in tents. Wear something that's easy to take off, in case the tents are heated.
Take the S-Bahn direction main train station.
