Where do you use a sled in Munich?

Travel Info
I will be living here for a couple of years. I was thinking about getting a sled for my kids, but I have no idea where to use one. I have never lived in a cold climate at all, and I don't know anything about winter activities.

Travel Tips
Westpark is a good tip. You could also go to the Olympiapark if you live more central / to the north.

And then you can go to the alps (for example Bad T枚lz, approx. 1 hour drive) where they have long slopes and lifts especially for sledding (great fun!). However, you can also rent your sleds there.

Just found a site.. so if you speak a little German, check it out...

Others
Westpark would be an excellent place to use a sled. There are a couple of places with hills not at all steep and I am sure the kids would enjoy themselves there. Westpark is located in Hadern, past Laim, and the public transport connections are very convenient.
