Cabo Roig was once famous because Terry Wogan had a place there.

When I went for the first time thirteen years ago in was quiet and quite expensive.

These days, however (like most places on the Costas) the English have moved in and, sadly, it is not the "real" Spain it was.

However, it is still quieter than Torrevieja as mentioned in another posting.

The marina and beaches are nice. Source(s): I live on the Costa Blanca - but we all have our failings!!
