get the R2 bus from the molo beverello to the train station, it passes every 10 minutes. then from the train station get the cirumvesuviana, a local private train which leaves from platform 3, under the station, every half hour. a taxi would cost you minimum 120eurs whereas the train service is very good and in 20 minutes you're in pompei
