Of Course. I believe , there is a democratic government there. Though they still have an emperor.
Well, Nepal is a democratic country and you have all the right to do anything here if you are citizen. Nomatter what the political condition will be but nepal will always be the worthy country to live in. Nepal has own it's own identity in the world as the birthplace of Buddha and the Land of Highest Peak of the world. So, i guess Nepal is a free world.... However there are some pressure from different country but i think it is a free world.

there is no guessing and assumption to do to say Nepal is free world. our country was free, is free and will be free forever.
