Some icefalls and global warming things had made it lower than before in height Others 29,035 feet (8850 meters), there was an earlier incorrect figure that was 2 meters shorter. Also you have to realize that mount Everest is growing by about an inch every year due to the indian subcontinent grinding into Asia. 8848 meters do a google search --- google earth 8848m or 29,029ft...it grows 1 foot evey 10years or so Its till now 8848m.Sometimes ago it was thought to be increased by 2 m ,But it is not confirmed. |
