I am sure you will be surprised to know this answer.you are completely wrong there.Import of PC to Nepal was before about more than 30 years ago.then imagine yourself, what would be the condition today.i also want to tell you and all who are confused about development of Internet in Nepal that the most developed sector is communication for the past 20 years.
Almost more than 75% of people, all office use computer in city but of course, the case is lower in village.Anyway, because I am from Nepal, i hope you will understand.thanks for your interest about Nepal.

There is no official data on the computer usage in the country,
but it would probably be something like this... 80% of Nepalese do not own or have access to a PC.
