I think they're called Frikandellen or something. Lidel & Aldi stock them. Lidl. I see that even some dutch people don麓t know how is made "Frikandel"... If I may be honest, a frikandel contains what you may call slaughter waste... So not the meaty parts of an animal, but the scary. Use your imagination. It is not only made of beef and pork, but also of horse meat. |
