Travel Info Going to Dam with my partner for a city break! Any suggestions as to what I can do when I get there? Travel Tips Get stoned, go to the markets and go to the museums, then get stoned again!! We went to the sex museum and were sooo shocked pure filth!! It's also worth going to the cannabis college in the red light light district, they tell you all about it and what you can make out of it, you wouldnt believe that they had!! I think i remember a snowboard made out of hemp!! I came out feeling stoned and i didnt even smoke anything! It's a wicked place you'll have a blast!! Take a canal boat trip - kitsch but a great way to see the city. Have an early evening drink in the Cafe Luxembourg on the Spui and watch the beautiful folks There is a lot to do and see. Take a canal boat tour, it's a lot more fun that it sounds. There are two world class museums in town, the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum. Visit the Anne Frankhaus, some great churches, the tulip fields, the Heineken Brewery, the Coffee houses, and do not miss the Redlight district. Don't worry it's very safe and a wonder to see. |
