Well Mister Borat you will probably need a bike after I have given you the instructions to go the Vondelpark from the Rembrandt square huh? Well not too far away from that square you will find the Waterlooplein it is mostly an antique/junk/secon hand clothes market BUT sometimes one can find bikes there as well.
If not ther is a second hand bike store on the Albert Cuyp market (THE most popular food/flower market in Amsterdam. Several shops behind the stalls and I cannot tell you exactly where better as as it's a pretty long market.
