Travel Tips If your looking for a good price, have you ever thought about staying at a youth hostel? Youth hostels are great. They often get a bad rap that is not deserved... I stayed in many very nice ones. (some also have private rooms) If you are looking for a nice hostel to stay in while in Amsterdam I hear the flying pig is a very famous one. Although this one is meant for more of the party type. If you are insistant in staying in a hotel, there are TONS of them on top of shops around the red light district (right around the big train station). If you are looking for hotels, try Jolly Hotel - right at the flower market, Amsterdam. Jolly good price. Be careful if you are staying over one of those hostels or for back packers. |
