Travel Info My friends and I were planning a trip to Europe and one of our main stops will be Amsterdam. We were wondering how old you have to be to smoke in the coffee shops located in Amsterdam. Any 'enhancements' a coffeeshop might offer requires you to be 18 or older - and able to prove it with a valid ID. If they doubt your ID - you won`t get it. One question - is drugs the only reason americans come to Amsterdam these days? You can drink when you're 16 in Holland, dito for smoking |
