A particular place in Amsterdam, can you help? |
Travel Info I am looking to book a restaurant for a mates Stag night next month in Amsterdam. I seem to remember seeing a restaurant on TV once where the whole theme of the restaurant is based around a hospital, with your food served to you in kidney bowls!! Sounds cookey and surreal. Could it have been them? You can eat your food lying down (but that is meant to be 'lounge'-style, not hospital really). I know they also like serving desserts in an ashtray etc.. They also have salsa nights or book reading nihts there so it depends when you go. check: http://www.panama.nl/ Another restaurant i can recommend is the Supperclub 鈥?eating on a huge bed / lounge style. Has been extremely hip and avant garde, now it鈥檚 just hip. Dj, sometimes dancers, the people who serve the food are an act itself (from midgets to tattooed models etc). / They also have a supperclub cruise behind the central station since two years. Quite funky and the food is quite good.
