Is it legal to bring cannabis seeds back to the UK from Holland? |
Travel Info I was considering it after a friend told me it was legal to bring seeds but not weed itself obviously through customs. Anyone know the legal standpoint on this issue? Every bag and person are checked. UK Customs will allow up to five RETAIL PACKETS of seeds (but not seeds for potatoes). It is unlikely that your cannabis seeds are packaged as retail seeds. Well, I've know people in certain states who got caught with seeds and charged with cultivation, so I wouldn't suggest it. |
