Where should we stay in Amsterdam? |
Travel Info My family and I are going to visit Brussels/Antwerp/Amsterdam/Par... and need advice on hotels to stay. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Travel Tips I recommend booking via this Dutch website: http://www.hotelspecials.nl (you get luxury hotels very cheap). Don't let the Dutch language scare you too much. For example use Babelfish (http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish... to translate this website. Last year I booked a very nice hotel in Cologne with this site and we had a great hotel for 25 euro's / person/night. But they have some nice offers in Amsterdam as well! Source(s): I'm Dutch! Other Travel Tips Since you are going with family, I can't give you good advice on that. If you were going alone or with a friend, I would recommend staying at one of the many hostels in town, but try to book as early as possible because they can sell out quickly. I had this problem when I went there, so I ended up staying at a campground in North Amsterdam, which I actually liked better. http://www.booking.com/city/nl/amsterdam... Here you can find a lot of nice hotels in Amsterdam. You can categorize by price, not everything is so expensive. |
