Does the southern part of the Netherlands, Limburg, change their time (DST) in 2 weeks?

Travel Info
I have a friend that lives in Sittard, Limburg, Netherlands and I was wondering if when we change our clocks back if I will still be 6 hours behind or if i will now be 5 hours behind. I know when we turned back the clocks they did too, so does that mean they will be springing ahead with us too? does it also go for the east side of Germany?

Travel Tips
The reason of this is: Daylight saving time changes in Europe and US are different. All countries in Europe are changing the clock on the same date in March (to make it 1 hour earlier) and in change it back October.

Others
Yes, all Europe will change the hour (one hour behind) in the last weekend of March (always from saturday to sunday) and in October it will be one hour ahead (again in a weekend from saturday to sunday). So that will be with Netherlands and Germany as well. I don't know how the changing of hours is in US tough, but in Europe it is this way all the time.
