Breakfast near Battery Park?

Travel Info
I've been out of the city for a while, but will be in town over the weekend and want to find somewhere in the Battery Park / Financial District area to have a casual sit down lunch with a few friends. Links/reviews appreciated!!

Travel Tips
go anywhere by the seaport, many nice places. you can also go to world financial plaza and have breakfast in one of the restaurants. lovely view.

When I'm in the area I usually make a stop at Au Bon Pain just below where Broadway starts. For an enormous meal, there is a place at 32 Broadway, I don't remember the name. Not at all expensive for the area.
You're in luck...I've worked in the financial district for the past 14 years. Here are some places that I love to eat at. I'm not sure which restaurants are open on the weekends but if you do get a chance to go on a weekday, these places are great.

For breakfast, you can go to Pax World right across the street from 85 Broad St. Not sure about breakfast in this area...I usually ate in my cafeteria.

For lunch...
Japanese:
ISE Japanese Restaurant (56 Pine St. - b/w Water St. and William St.) - Excellent weekly Japanese specials!!! Have them translate the Japanese menu for you. But you have to get there early before they run out. I'd recommend getting there before 11:45am! I don't think they are open on the weekends though. =(

Thai:
Lemongrass Grill (84 William St. - intersection of Maiden Lane and William St. ) - their pork chop rice is tasty...pad thai is a little runny for me.

Indian:
Diwan E-Khaas (26 S. William St - b/w Broad St & William St.) - they have weekly specials but not sure what they have on the weekends. I love all their curry chicken dishes.

Cuban:
Sophie's (73 New St. - b/w Beaver St. and Exchange Pl.) - I love their baked chicken with yellow rice...no beans please! Also, get an order of sweet plantains!

Pizza:
Adrienne's Pizza Bar (54 Stone St - in the alley behind 85 Broad St. building) - best grandma's style pizza ever! And you can get a table outside to eat it.

Deli + more:
Zeytuna (59 Maiden Lane - intersection of Maiden Lane and William St. - across the street from Lemongrass Grill) - they have everything you could imagine....pasta, HUGE sandwhiches, pizza, burgers, salads, grilled food, health food, etc...

You can grab a nice coffee and cake after lunch at Financier (62 Stone St. or 35 Cedar St.)

If you're in town for the weekend, you could always take a short cab (no more than $6.00 or subway ride into Chinatown. There's plenty of things to eat there!
